According to the circular published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey on 30.09.2020, the HES code will be requested during the reservation stage or during the entrance to the facility from our guests whose residences are in Turkey and who come to the facility for accommodation purposes.
The HES Code and the result of the inquiry (if not risky) will be processed on the guest entry card (Registration Card) by the facility and the guest's signature will be taken.
The code inquiry of the guests whose HES Code had been previously received at the reservation stage will be made before the check-in process.
After the inquiry, those who are not at risk of Covid-19 will be admitted to the facility, and information about those who are found to be at risk/in contact with the infected, will be given to the Alo 184 Ministry of Health Communication Center line without being admitted to the hotel.
Guests who do not yet have a HES code can also receive it via SMS. To receive a HES code via text message, type HES, Turkish Republic ID number, the last 4 digits of the, Turkish Republic ID serial number and the sharing time (in days), leaving a space between them, and send it as an SMS to 2023. If the sharing time is not specified, the duration of the code will be limited to 1 year. (Short message example: HES 1234567890 1234 15. When a message is sent in this way, the code will be valid for 15 days.)

Since the HES Inquiry is a procedure for the Protection of Public Health due to the circular of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, there is no violation of the Personal Data Protection Law.
